Tribute

Margaret passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017, at the age of 82 years. She was born on May 24, 1934, in Sudbury, Ontario.
In 1974, Margaret moved to Powell River, where she raised her five children and was known and loved by the community.
She is survived and lovingly remembered by her daughter Linda Young and son-in-law Rockie of Powell River, grandchildren Kiley and Zachary; her daughter Karen Adler and son-in-law Marc of Toronto,
grandsons Cole and Taylor; her daughter Natalie Cade and fiancé Thomas Leimer of Vancouver, grandchildren Dakotah (Kendall Richardson) and Dustin (Emily Johnston); and her son Wade Mills and daughter-in-law Kathy of Calgary and granddaughter Presley. She was predeceased by her devoted
son Douglas Mills in 2010.
Margaret is also survived by her siblings Dorinda Manning, Mildred Payette, Jackie Halonen and Nelda Wachnuk and was predeceased by her siblings Bernice Ball, Maurice John Eno and Jean Eno.

Marg was a warm and nurturing person who was dearly loved by everyone who had the good fortune to know her. She was known for her happiness, sweet personality and smile. She will be greatly missed.
The family wishes to say a heartfelt thank-you to Dr. Douglas Toole, Dr. Peter Uhlmann, Bonnie Johanson and all of the wonderful caregivers at Willingdon Creek Village and Kiwanis Garden Manor.
