Tribute
With deep sadness we announce the passing of Amedea Ciaraulo. She was born in Carpineto, Romano, Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1956. Family was very important to Amedea and always came first. She was a strong woman who loved life, gardening and cooking, and passed on her traditions to her family, which will be honoured.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Salvatore in 2000, and sisters Angelina and Iride. She is survived by daughters Anna (Murray) Renshaw, Josie Nassichuk, Sandra (Kal) Quirion, Roberta Ciaraulo (Daryl Koshey), and Sam Nassichuk, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and brothers Elvezio and Giulio in Italy.
Prayers will be held Wednesday, February 15 at 7 pm followed by a service on Thursday, February 16 at 10:30 am at the Church of the Assumption. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
