Audrey Frances Lawry (née Hughes) It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Audrey, who left us peacefully, surrounded by her family, on December 9, 2018. She was predeceased by her infant daughter Susan and her husband Arthur. Audrey shall be forever missed by her children Blake (Janet), Blair (Lorraine), Brad (Glynis) and Catherine (Rick), grandchildren Christy (Paul), Chris (Bridget), Ashley (Spencer), Sean (Katryna), Brittany (Dez), Drew (Malia) and Kye (Melanie), and all her great-grandchildren. We will miss your company, playing cards, family dinners and the laughter. We would like to thank Father Dass and Father Tepoorten for their weekly visits. The family would also like to thank Home Support and the team at the ICU for the exceptional care that was not only given to Audrey but to us as well. A service in Powell River will be held at 1 pm on December 27 at Church of Assumption, with tea to follow next door. In lieu of flowers, donations in Audrey’s memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
