Tribute
The Angels came to greet Mom as she passed away peacefully with family at her side. Mom is survived by her sons Jon (Patty) Hummel, Don (Reesha) Rorison, daughter Laurie (Rodger) Lee, 12 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Mom was born in Armstrong, BC and lovingly raised her family in Vancouver, Gibsons and Powell River. She enjoyed carving, crafting, gardening, and nurturing her grandchildren and pets.
The family expresses our gratitude to the Olive Devaud staff and Dr. MacDonald for their compassionate treatment of our mother and Nana. The family will have a private celebration of life for Barbara. Donations to the SPCA in Mom”s memory are appreciated.
