Tribute

March 30, 1923 – February 22, 2018 It is with love, amazing memories and tears we announce the passing of Charles (Chuck the Barber) Clark at his home in Dale Manor while surrounded by his family. Dad arrived in Powell River in 1947 and worked as a barber in the Rodmay Barber Shop, where he made many lifelong friends. He was a loyal and active member of Royal Canadian Legion and organized the crib nights for many years. He also enjoyed square dancing and lawn bowling. Dad was predeceased by the love of his life for 60 years Catherine (Kit) Clark and is survived by son Dave (Joanne) Clark and his two special granddaughters Lorill (Jim) Vining and Brenda (Corrie) Wright. He was also blessed to have four great-grandchildren: Parker Vining, Keona Vining, Andorra Wright and Ivy Wright. The family would like to thank the amazing and loving staff at Dale Manor and Home Support for their genuine care and compassion. They became his second family and he loved them all.
