Tribute
At 85 years young and full of life, Bob passed peacefully at home with his family by his side. He was well known as “Taxi Bob” for 26 years. Bob retired from the mill in 1996. Life was a fascination for him and he collected many curious things. He was a family man, storyteller, dreamer and craftsman. Bob will be greatly missed by his wife Almeda of 61 years, children Christine (Terry), Ron and Rick (Tammy), grandchildren Jennifer, Andrea (Michael), Daniel (Jen) and Kelly (Christopher) and great-grandsons Logan and Tyler. A celebration of life will be held Monday, October 3, at 11:30 am at Carlson Community Club.
