Tribute

Born December 21, 1942, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  Passed away peacefully with family by her side September 11, 2025 in Powell River, BC

Diane’s story doesn’t end here –  her journey continues in the hearts of all who love her.  She leaves behind her devoted husband Raymond; her sister Joanne; her nine children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and countless others she took under her wing.  To anyone who needed a mother, Diane was one.

Diane lived with grit, heart and determination.  A hard worker, a go-getter, and never one to back down, she changed lives everywhere she went and accomplished many great things that some believed she couldn’t.  Among them servicing as both a public and private investigator, seminar speaker, entrepreneur, stained glass artist and even a dragon boat racer.

She carried herself with class and just the right amount of sass, with a spirit as solid as gold.  She was the embodiment of faith, hope and charity and was deeply appreciated by every life she touched.

Diane was beautiful inside and out.  She left her mark on this world and will forever remains in our hearts – until we meet again.
