Elizabeth (Lily) Mills Spence was born April 14, 1922 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Passed away peacefully on October 03, 2011. There will be no service or flowers by request. Donations can be made in her memory to The Canadian Diabetic Assocation or the Powell River Hospital Foundation.
The Family would like to thank all the EMT, Emergency and Hospital Staff for their compassion and care that Elizabeth received over the years.
She shall be remembered…

We are very sorry to learn of Aunt Lily’s passing. I have fond memories of our trip to Ireland in 1979 with Lily and yourself, Bob, and of the times she visited my Mother in Nova Scotia.
