Tribute
Elizabeth (Betty) Smith, long time resident of Powell River, passed away on July 10, 2018 at the age of 95 years.
She was predeceased by her loving husband John in 1978.
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by her many friends at the condo where she lived.
Thank you to all who cared for her and helped her to stay in her own home to the end.

Relation: Betty and my mom worked for the Ministry for Children and Families, way back when in the old courthouse in the townsite and then when the office moved into the new (at the time) courthouse building on Alberni St.
Our deepest condolences to all of Betty’s family. Our hearts mourn with you as you travel this journey. She was a lovely woman!
