Tribute

June 23, 1951 – February 19, 2018 Ernie passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends. He has left behind many who loved him: wife Kelly, sister Maureen (Bill), brother Rick (Lisa), brother-in-law Wayne, nieces Kim (Ernie), Lisa (Jeff), Nikki (Josh) and Tara, and nephews Kevin and Rick (Liz). He was also a favourite great-uncle and great-great uncle to nieces and nephews, and will also be missed by aunts, uncles and cousins. Ernie was predeceased by his parents Bill and Violet Deer, his sister Sharon, his main man Jake, and Happy and Chewy (his dogs). He loved animals and had a talent for woodworking that he spent hours doing in his shop. A celebration will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, March 10, at Stubberfield Funeral Home.
