Tribute

 On February 23, 2018, Hans Hyldig died at Powell River General Hospital. Pam, Abby, Emma and Jonn were there to comfort him. A celebration of life will be announced at a later time.

Hans-Jorgen Hyldig July 2, 1944 – February 23, 2018 Hans passed away with his family by his side after a long battle following a brain aneurysm. He leaves behind his spouse Pam, his children Abby, Emma, Jonn, Colin, Koren and Shian, his 13 grandchildren and his siblings Anna-Lise, Poul-Henning and Else-Marie. He was predeceased by his brother Svend-Eric. Hans will be remembered and missed by many. A celebration of life will be held at the Tla’amin Salish Centre from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm on Saturday, May 5; a potluck lunch will follow. Please wear a soccer jersey or a Hans original t-shirt. You are gone, but thank you for all you have left behind in our homes, in our heads and in our hearts. See you on the ocean.
