Helen was born April 30, 1932 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and passed away July 20, 2011 in Powell River. She was predeceased by her husband Douglas on January 10, 2004. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Sharon (Dave) Aitken of Savona, her sons Don (Leona) of Sorrento, Ken (Pat) of Powell River, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, her brother Monty and sister Dorothy, both of Kamloops.
