Our dear sweet mom, June McKay, passed peacefully at Saint Paul’s Hospital in the early hours of July 8. She was predeceased by Gordon McKay, her husband of 59 years, and brothers Ray, Pat, Al and Mike. June was so greatly loved by her family: sisters Phyllis, Sheila, Patsy and Sally; her son Art (Deb); daughters Sharron (Jim), Heather (Randy) and Nansi; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mom was dearly loved by Selma and Rick Rea, and her many many Legion friends and all who knew her.
Goodbye, our darling angel; we loved you in life, we love you always.

Nansi, we’re so very sorry for your loss. June was a beautiful lady and will be sorely missed. Her laughter was contagious and her wit was sharp. She reminded me of my grandma whom I loved dearly. I will miss seeing her at the legion
