Tribute
Margaret Eliza Wade passed away Friday, November 19, at the Powell River General Hospital. She has gone to be with her Lord Jesus Christ. She loved her bible and was shaped and guided by her love for her Lord and her faith in her Heavenly Father. She was born in Glasgow, Scotland on November 28, 1939. Margaret immigrated to Canada with her parents David and Margaret Ditty in 1954. She is survived by her husband Bill Wade, son Glen (Stephanie) Campbell, daughter Jennifer (Joseph); was Nana to Sarah, Maia and Loren. The family would like to thank all her friends for the love and care shown during her illness. A special thanks to Dr. Lynskey, Dr. Hoffert and nurses in oncology and on the fourth floor at Powell River General Hospital. Service to take place on Saturday, November 27 at 11 am at The Salvation Army. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to BC Cancer Foundation.
