Margaret Francis Aust White 1924 – 2018 It is with sadness and celebration Margaret was medically assisted to a good goodbye on Wednesday, January 31, at noon. Her daughter Emily Donelan and second “daughter” Sheri Moloughney were at her side. Margaret’s family from Atlantic Canada telephoned their farewells. Her granddaughter Louisa Donelan video recorded an original song on Facebook Messenger called “Farewell But Not Goodbye.” Emily’s husband Ted thanked Margaret for giving him a lovely friend and partner; Edward (Ed Donelan), grandson, was reminded how much Facebook photos of him and his wife’s family, Haley, 14, and twins Ian, 8, and Claire, 8, meant to her. “Each morning I check to see what Edward is doing.” She would check also if there were new entries from Louisa and great-granddaughter, Lenora, 3, then over to granddaughter Angela (White), Flannigan and Ben, 6; and rounding off with activist friends Emily, Laurie Branot and others, and as she said, “I’m never alone.” Margaret’s family would like to thank all those friends, family and caregivers who supported her graceful, independent, engaged life of 93 years.
