Tribute
As the sun slid into the ocean on August 21, Marion chose to fly away in her 97th year surrounded by her loving family. Marion was predeceased by her husband Jimmy in 2002 and is survived by her five loving children Gail (Grant), Gord (Trish), Hawk (Sky), Ken (Kori), Marnie (Ed) and many wonderful grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
Mom loved life, walking, swimming, playing tennis and expressing herself through her artwork. Mom was full of love and compassion, giving, caring and accepting all of those who crossed her path. She will be missed by all.
Soar high, Mom.
No service by request. Donations can be made in Mom’s honour sent to Powell River Hospice Society, Suite C – 6935 Harvey Avenue, Powell River, BC V8A 5H9.
