Tribute

Marjorie Elfrieda Posein passed into the presence of Jesus at home, surrounded by family and friends, on the evening of August 18, 2021. She was born on January 31, 1944, in Edmonton, Alberta. On October 12, 1963, Elfrieda married the love of her life, Orville Posein, and they were blessed with two beautiful girls. She is survived by her husband Orville and her two daughters Charmaine (John) Morris and Cheryl-Lynn (John) Lefebvre. She loved her family and was so proud of her four grandchildren Kaylene Morris, Justin (Rachel) Lefebvre, Shawnee Morris and Bryce (Rachelle) Lefebvre; her three great-grandchildren Jaxon, Wyatt and Ezra Lefebvre; and also by her sister Emma Aichele and her brother Egon (Lee) Roller. She was predeceased by her parents Ephriam and Maria Roller, and one sister Irma (Arvin) Sorge. The family would like to thank everyone for your love, prayers, and kind support through Elfrieda’s courageous fight with cancer. Special thanks to Dr. McDonald, Dr Takar, Dr Burns, all oncology staff, Janet White, the wonderful loving home nurses and palliative care staff, Kathleen McPhee, Coral Gruenhage, emergency staff, BC Cancer Oncology, Dr. Renouf and Dr. Rebecca Latimer. Thanks to her dear friends John and Lynn Boutillier, and pastors Lucas and Lisa Mitchell and Evangel Church family. Our lives will be forever changed because of the impact she had on us as a family.
