Tribute
It is with the greatest sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary Anne after a long illness. She was my wife and trueblue lover for 42 short years, as well as a devoted mother to our son Jacob Krauss and, more recently, to Jacob’s loving wife Jamie Krauss.
The long-awaited birth of her beautiful granddaughter, Sophia Anne Krauss, gave Mary Anne great joy and a brilliant smile whenever they played together. She is survived by her cousins, aunts, uncles and good friends who loved her unconditionally as she loved us all.
Her passing has left us all with a deep wound that will never heal, but if there is another journey to take after this life, Mary Anne will surely take the high road.

Always such a happy, smiley person when she and Eugene joined us for music nights. I am so very grateful that I could spend time with Mary Anne in the hospital. I will cherish the conversations that we had and send all my love to Eugene, son Jacob, and daughter-in-law Jamie. I will keep a special place in my heart for Mary Anne. Love, Janis
