Maurice Beauchesne
September 20, 1932 - March 2, 2018
Tribute
It is with very great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our husband, father and grandfather, Maurice Beauchesne.
Survived by his wife of 56 years Yvette, sons Luke (Eva), Yves (Lucy) and
Granddaughter Angela.
Also survived by his sisters Marie, Colette, Rhea (Joe) and brothers Denis (Gyslaine), Yvon (Nicole).
Maurice was born in Ste. Cecile de Levrard, and flew his family from Manitouwadge Ontario to Powell River in June 1972 in his own Piper Cherokee to start a new life in the house he had just built.
Most of Maurice’s working career in Powell River was spent with his brother Claude operating B.N.B. Auto Sales.
Upon retiring he enjoyed, biking, exercising, walking, woodworking, making blackberry-wine and keeping himself busy cutting firewood.
Maurice will be missed and live in our hearts forever.
With all our love, your wife, sons, daughter in law, granddaughter and all those he had touched in so many ways.
Many thanks to all of the doctors and nurses who took good care of him in his final days. No service by his request.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
