Tribute
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dear son and brother Michael Pfister at the young age of 49 in Toronto. Michael was a man of many talents and great compassion for the suffering of others. He was a devoted friend to many and loved his family deeply. Acting, hair design and writing were his fortes and he excelled in each of these.
Michael was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his mother Hermine Pfister, sisters Monika (Richard) and Barbara; his cherished nephews, nieces, Onkel, Aunt and cousins, and all his dear friends especially Scott Reid.

So sorry for your loss. We were in the same grade at Gordon Park Elemtary school. I remember him as being a very caring, genuine and funny guy. With deepest sympathy, Lori Missio.

I send you all my heart felt prayers. I just learned,via FaceBook, of Michael’s passing. It was through Face Book that many of us were able to reconnect with Michael last year. He said he was unsure at first then blessed by how many of us accepted and encouraged him. Michael was a blessing to me in many ways. I remember seeing Mrs.Pfister on her knees in prayer. I really believe that God loves Michael and is comforting him now. I really have no words but to mention I will continue to pray for your family.That you may be carried through this whirlwind of grief …and comforted in God’s grace.
