Paul Elliott Kimola
August 26, 1943 - December 2, 2010
Tribute
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our husband, father, brother and “grumpy gramps.” After a long and painful battle with cancer he is finally at peace. Left to mourn are his wife June, son Don Logan, son John, daughter Amber (Doug) Mitchell, grandchildren Mykle (Emma), Kendra, Teneille, Layne, and sisters Celia (Harley) Lehr, Betty (John) Stoesz, and Judy (Dave). Paul was predeceased by parents Charles and Nondes Kimola, two sisters Leona and Charlotte.
Paul was a hard-working man all his life and he loved his hunting trips with Spike and Gus. As everyone knows he had lots of stories about those trips.
Thanks Glen for all your visits. We want to say a special thank you to Dr. Naude and nurses and staff on the fourth floor at Powell River General Hospital, also to Dr. Hoffert, Sheena and Allison in Oncology. A great big heartfelt thanks to the great group of people from the Powell River Rod and Gun Club: John and Elda, Ken and Diane, Franco and Lucie and Albert. Thanks Bob for the great email and Bruce for keeping Paul company.
No service by request. Cremation to follow.
