Robert John Treloar

August 8, 1957 - September 28, 2013

Tribute

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved father, brother, son and uncle. Bob was born in Medicine Hat, AB and moved to Union Bay, BC with his family in 1958. He was predeceased by his father, Robert Frederick Treloar in 1961 and later moved to Powell River with his mother, brother and sister in 1965. He was predeceased by his sister Elizabeth Dayle Woods (née Treloar) in 1975.

Bob worked at MacMillan Bloedel until the age of 25, after which he began a career in the forest industry. He loved the outdoors, always hunting, fishing and camping with his friends and family.

He leaves behind his two children Kacey (Kyle) and William, his former spouse and dear friend Janice, his current partner Colleen, mother Lorreen, brother Bill as well as many nieces and nephews.

Bob will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. The family will be holding a private service to celebrate Bob’s life.
