Tribute
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father, Stanislaw Ochenduszko at the age of 101. After many months of suffering, he died at home on Holy Thursday with his family at his side. He is survived by his wife Maria, daughters Theresa (Tony) and Sophia (Wayne), grandchildren Sadie, Nicholas, Danika, Colin and many nieces and nephews.
Dad was born in Skalbmierz, Poland and fought with the Polish Army in World War II, including the Battle of Monte Cassino. After the war, he made his way to Canada to start a new life. He endured many hardships and sufferings throughout but was content with what he had. Dad helped his immediate and extended families his entire life and never asked for anything. We all miss you dearly, Dad.
We would especially like to thank Dr. Burns and Dr. Toole for taking such good care of Dad and for the support you gave us while he was ill. Many thanks to the home care nurses, home support staff, and friends for your help and support.
