Tribute
Thomas Plant
April 01, 1924 – November 01, 2010
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our father and grandfather, Tom Plant, at the age of 86 years on November 01, 2010 in Powell River. He was pre-deceased by his loving wife Betty and son Raymond. Dad worked for many years as a letter carrier, a job he enjoyed as it got him outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved telling stories about his hunting and fishing days. Dad was very civic minded and even served a term as City Alderman. He will be greatly missed by his family but he is now at peace. There will be no service by request. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Stubberfield Funeral Home. Condolences may be directed to the family by visiting www.stubberfieldfh.com.

Diana and family:
So sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. We enjoyed his company and remember the good times working the claims on the Cariboo River, playing crib, and generally enjoying life. He will be missed.
It will be the little things that you will remember. The quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again.
Praying for friends to comfort you, faith to uphold you, and loving memories to help you smile again.
Our condolences and deepest sympathy go out to you.
With Love,
xo
