Bill was born July 24, 1929, the third of eight children to Douglas and Constance Foster. On August 14 , 2013 he went to meet his Lord. He is predeceased by his son Joe (Pat) and leaves behind his beloved wife Laura and children Laverne (John), Margaret, Nonie (Chris), Eleanor (Geoff ), Michelle (Dan), Albert, Marsha (Andy), Stephen (Debbie) as well as his greatly treasured 22 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, August 24, at Evangel Pentecostal church.
