Tribute
Carolyn was born in New Westminster on May 13, 1943 and passed away peacefully on November 17, 2014 after a lengthy illness. She was a dedicated and loyal mother to her girls and a loving grandma to her four grandchildren Matthew, Nicholas, Elizabeth and Jacob. Carolyn leaves behind her two daughters Julie Beck of Powell River and Emily (Trent) Cummings of Victoria. She is also survived by her brother Alan (Dorothy) Westad of Victoria and sister Linda (Roy) Roberts of Langley.
Carolyn will be remembered as a wonderful primary teacher who set many a little person on their way in the bewildering world of education.
