From: Randy and Cheryl Moore
Relation: Neighbour

Sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Don. He was a neighbour of ours for many years on Evergreen. We walked his dog Bronco many times, Don use to get a kick out of it becasue he said Bronco knew when we were walking by his house and then he’d B line for the door. That dog loved him, still remember Bronco in the front of the truck and that fancy car right in the passenger seat enjoying his scenic drive.Sympathy to you all.

From: Mike Soppit
Relation: Friend

My condolences to those of Don’s family that cared about him.
Recently, some spiritual guru put out a report to think about the top 5 most infuential people in your life.Don Hogan to me was one of those people.Don taught me some of the most important things in life and I am happy that I stayed in contact with him.The planet has lost one of the best mechanics of the land.In addition,Don was “A GOOD PERSON”.I will never forget how good of a person Don was and how he influenced my life. Those of you carrying his genes carry those of an awesome man.
Love and Respect,
Mike Soppit.
Vancouver,B.C.
p.s. See ya down the road,HENRY.
(Don also loved being called by his nickname “Henry” in respect of his admiration of Henry Ford.Don built many track record holding dragsters while he was a chief mechanic in Reno,Nevada long ago.May the mighty spirit travel with you Don Hogan.)
