Erin Lea Germain

March 29, 1964 - April 23, 2021

Tribute

It is with heavy hearts the Germain family announces the passing of Erin Lea Germain at the age of 57, on Friday, April 23, 2021, after suffering complications from a hip surgery. She was the cherished daughter of James “Brent” Germain and Rose (née Roebuck, predeceased), and stepmother Annette Spracklan. She will be dearly remembered by her brother Dean Germain (Kristina) and their two sons Josh and Taylor. Erin will also be sadly missed by her sister Dana Whitman (Stewart, predeceased) and their two daughters Mackenzie and Grace. Erin was born April 29, 1964, in Edmonton, Alberta. She lived her formative years in London, Ontario, and had been residing in Powell River over the past decade. She will be remembered for her brilliant mind and independent spirit. She was a brave soul who was not afraid to live her life her way. Erin will be sadly missed but never forgotten by her friends and family. Her ashes will be shipped home where the family will have a private Celebration of Life and personal farewells to Erin.
