Joanne Ethel Silvester
Nov. 12, 1957 – Oct. 21, 2017
Joanne passed away peacefully with members of her family by her side. She was born in Powell River, BC and moved to Calgary, AB for a short time, then to Sidney, BC before moving back to Powell River to help look after her aging parents.
Joanne was predeceased by her parents Ernie and Agnes Silvester and her husband Mark Tenning. Left to mourn her are her siblings Bill (Angela), Don (Penny), Christine (Bill), Bob (Dot), Dave (Jackie), Ernie (Kim) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Joanne had many various jobs but was happiest being part of a crew on a fishing boat. She had a great sense of humour and liked to make people smile and laugh.
